Cancellation Policy

Any session that is cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time, or any session that the client fails to attend (No-Show), will result in a fee. Pre-paid sessions will be forfeited and considered used. Sessions booked without pre-payment will be billed for the full fee of the service. Booking Restrictions To ensure adequate preparation time for your counselor, the following restriction applies: Late Booking Limit: New sessions cannot be booked less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. (e.g., If the time is 10:00 AM Tuesday, you cannot book a session for 9:00 AM Wednesday). This policy is direct, uses clear headings, and aligns perfectly with the functionalities of your booking system.
